I cannot print to the network printer.

If you cannot print to the network printer, make sure your computer is connected to the network printer. Wondering how to do that? Go here for help.

 

After you have checked and know you are connected to the correct printer, you need to cancel all of the current print jobs in the queue.

  1. Start
  2. Printers and Devices
     start then printers and devices
  3. Double click to select your printer from the list of printers available
    select desired printer
  4. The window that popped up is that specific printer's current queue.

  5.  Select "Printer" from the top left menu and choose to "Cancel All Documents."
    > This will remove all documents waiting in the printer queue.

  6. Proceed to then restart both the printer and computer.
