What is Single Sign-On?

Single Sign-On allows you to access many UMHB services with one username and password! This means once you log in, you can access myCampus, myCourses, Sadermail and many other UMHB services without having to log in multiple times.

Is Single Sign On a dating service?

No, it's not. The UMHB dating site is called Cru Harmony. Only kidding. IT people have jokes too.

How does it work?
  • Current students sign in using CruNet username (typically your ID number) or full SaderMail email address
  • Future students, former students and alumni log in with UMHB ID number as username
  • Faculty/Staff log in with UMHB email address
 I forgot my password. What do I do?

Follow the screens at the "Forgot my Password" site. You'll be given the option to provide the answers to your security questions. If you have a cell phone on record with the university, you'll also be able to request a temporary password by SMS.

It says an email was sent to recover my password. Where is the email?

The email with the password recovery information is sent to your alternative email, not your Sadermail. Check your junk mail if you still don't see it in your inbox. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please call Information Technology at (254) 295-4658 for assistance.

How do I log out?

The easiest way to log out is on myCampus. When you click "Logout" on myCampus, you'll be logged out of all of your apps. If you are on a shared or public computer, please follow the guidance below.

Additionally, you may visit your OneLogin portal and choose to Log Out by hovering over the menu on the top-right of the page.

I'm using a shared or public computer. How do I keep my accounts private?

The best bet when using a shared computer is to use the browser's Private Browsing Mode. Instructions are available for Google Chrome's Incognito Mode, Microsoft Internet Explorer's InPrivate Browsing, Mozilla Firefox's Private Browsing, and Safari's Private Browsing. Make sure to close all browser windows when leaving the computer.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete while logged in on any campus computer. Then, simply click the "Change a password..." link. Alternatively, you may use the change password function online. Click the appropriate link: Student, Faculty, and Staff Password Change or Future and Former Student Password Change.

 How can I be sure that the site I am accessing is authentic?

You are smart to be concerned! Lots of sites exist that "phish" for your login information. Always use caution when entering usernames and passwords on sites, even if they look perfectly normal. It's pretty easy work to spoof a Web site.


The UMHB Single Sign On system will always contain umhb.onelogin.com/ Check your browser's address bar, and make sure that a forward slash comes after onelogin.com. Some of the tricky phishers will have a very similar address. For example, they might use https://umhb.onelogin.com.signinsystem.com/ In that example, a period follows onelogin.com, not a forward slash. That's a dead giveaway that it's not authentic.
